Deluge is Zoho’s scripting language. It runs custom functions inside Zoho CRM, Books, Creator and other Zoho apps for logic that the built-in workflow rules can’t handle, such as assigning leads by region or syncing records between apps.
Zoho Flow fits when most of your tools are Zoho apps and the logic is simple. Make.com or n8n is the better choice when you connect many non-Zoho tools or need complex branching. We often use Deluge inside Zoho and Make.com or n8n for everything outside it.
